Don and Dave replied for versions <2007. If you are on 2007 then on the top left office menu pulldown select 'options' at the bottom and go to the 'advanced options' and change 'after pressing enter....' on the 'editing options' section. Note that the old shortcuts still work (ALT+T O) and you can get there by ALT+T O A -- Hope this helps Martin Fishlock, Bangkok, Thailand Please do not forget to rate this reply.
