Default Help with copy and paste

When I copy and paste from Excel to Outlook I also get the gridlines
appearing,
How can I copy and paste my selection without having the gridlines
appear?

You can use the Edit menu to do Paste-Special, choosing 'unformatted text'
seems to do the trick.

I was just about to post this very same question.
Very nice.
Thanks, definately solves a minor problem for me.
As I noticed, the Excel data is lined up in left aligned columns, separated
by Tabs in Word.
