Default Showing data as spreadsheet and a line graph.

How do I add a graph showing the Spreadsheet info either at the bottom half
of the spreadsheet print or as another page. Do I set it on another tab?

Use the chart wizard (icon/button from the standard tool bar or insertchart). Step 4 will give you a choice of location i.e. as new sheet or as object in ......
