Have color, but don't print color
I would like to have color on an excel spreadsheet when viewed on a computer,
but when printed I would like it to be just the data. Not data with a gray shade in the background. Is this possible? Thomas |

Have color, but don't print color
Hi,
Go to Print Preview, Click the setup button, Select the sheet tab, Check the box next to Black and White Print preview and actual print should now be black and white only. Thank you. I didn't see that in my search of all the options. Greatly
appreciated.
