Default "Save as" in new Excel

I have downloaded the trial version of Excel. If I modify an existing
document and try to save it as a different file name I can not find a "save
as" function. In fact, I can not find a "save as" function at all, but on a
new document the disk icon works as a "save as" button

Excel 2007, correct.

You'll find most of the File functions hiding under that big round circle in
the far upper left-hand corner of the Excel window. Right next to the Quick
Action Toolbar with the Save icon in it. There are numerous Save As options
in there. One thing to note about new files (at least for many of us) is
that there is one file format for new Excel files with macros and another for
those without.

For a little more help, Microsoft has published some information about where
the Excel 2003 commands are in Excel 2007
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ex...CH101030621033
And down near the bottom of that page is an Excel workbook that you can
download with it all mapped out.
