Default remove line breaks in text strings

I've imported an address list from outlook and the address 1 line has text
strings that have line breaks in them. The "column to text facility" will
only transfer the first line and won't let me input a return command under
"other" - does anyone have a solution?

Default remove line breaks in text strings

Edit Replace then click in the find what field and touch 010 in the
numerical keypad while holding down the ALT key.

Enter nothing in the replace field

Then click replace all
