Default how do you change pdf file to excel document?

Besides the list that Gord came up with, I can personally recommend OmniPage
15 - not free (actually pricy at $150 for the low end version, and $500 for
the 'Professional' version). But it does work, and it isn't limited to
converting .pdf to Excel, it can also convert to other Office formats such as
