Default Need to create formula based on date

If I enter the date of 9/30/03 in cell A1, I want the renewal date in five
years from this date (9/30/08) to populate in cell B1. Then in cell C1 I want
the words to say either "ok" or "past due" based upon whether the customer is
past the renewal date or not.
