Default Trying to set up building list for Banker for new farm shop

What can I use for a list, that I want to compile for all costs associated
with building a big farm shop for the banker?

Blueprints for the shop would be a start. Since building materials and such
can vary widely, the list will have to be custom made for the task. You'll
need to think about everything about the project - from floor to cieling,
from wall to wall, think of power and lighting requirements, windows, doors,
just everything - don't forget electrical wiring, outlets and switches,
telephones. The list is almost endless, but blueprints will help you get a
strong start.
