Default How do I activate Excel radio buttons on toolbar & drop down?

The toolbar button are not all actively usable. And Menu selections either.
How do I make them workable? I want to customize but also general usage for
example Print Preview, copy, and more. Just knowing the basics to get
started.

I am using Excel 2003. I just finished a one day course at the Library, but
the buttons on the installed version of Excell 2002 were already working. My
home computer needs changes..

Goto ToolsCustomize, and check the ones that you want.

In addition maybe also.................

ToolsCustomizeOptions "Always show full menus"

NOTE: some menu and toolbar items are not available with protected worksheets
or shared workbooks or grouped worksheets.
