Ctrl+home, end, arrow keys, to go to a cell , Alt+e, g, enter your cell
,enter

Default go to the top of page in exel

CTRL + Home to go to A1(if no Freeze Panes enabled)

Otherwise type the address in the Namebox and hit ENTER
