If your number is a "stock number" or somethine else that you will not have
to do math on later, you can prevent the problem by just pre-formatting the cells as TEXT, or typing a leading apostrophe before the number which does the same thing. hth Vaya con Dios, Chuck, CABGx3 "Anders" wrote: Why when entering a 12 digit number is the last digit is changed to a "0" when saving?
