![]() Hello, I have a spreadsheet and the top roll has information that I need to be able to see when I scroll down. How do I set it up so when I scroll down the top roll or top couple of roll remain in place. ![]() If the data you want visible is in row 1 then select row 2, go to the window menu, then click on split, then go to window menu and click on freeze pane. -- Steel Monkey ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Steel Monkey's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=29051 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=566483 |

![]() Thanks, I tried that but when I did rolls 4-7 disappeared and just the opposite of what I wanted to happen, happened. The bottom part of my spread sheet froze and the top part would scroll. I must be doing something wrong. WindowFreeze Panes is enough.
You don't need the Split. Split and Freeze Panes are two separate functions.
