Default exporting excel worksheet to word


Hi,

I am trying to export an excel worksheet to word, but want to be able
to allow a user to update info. in excel and it automatically updates
in word. I have been told I will need to write a macro to do this, but
have no experience with macros or VBA.

Can anyone give me some tips or help.
