Hi Danielle

you could try a simple copy the data in excel, then in word choose edit /
paste special - and click the paste link button and then OK to create a link
between an excel worksheet and word.

if this doesn't give you what you want could you please explain in a bit
more detail how (& where) the data is in excel and how & where you want the
data in Word.
