Default Simplify changing directories

I have 65 files, all linked together in various ways, in three separate
directories. I want to change the filing system on my hard drive. Is
there a simple way to move the files to their new directories keeping
all the links in tact? The only way I know how is to open the 65 files
simultaneously, then save them individually in their new directories.
But I'm thinking, there has to be an easier way, isn't there?
