Default pivot table formatting

Hello,

My pivot table itself is OK, but I would like to have the data sorted by
marketshare,
so that there is a Ranking with first, second and third place.
Furthermore, I would like to have my companies share colored in green,
yellow and red, depending on our Marketshare.

For the ranking: I do not have any idea how to do this
For the coloring: I have tried a conditional formatting, but as soon as I
display another view it is gone and I cannot link the formatting by saying:
if Col Xy = my company and if Marketshare = Xx then color=red

Thank you for your help!

Felix
