separating text
I received a name and address file that combines all of the data into once
column. Unfortunately I need to separate out into 6 columns the folowing (name, add line1, add line2, city, state, zip). Example follows. Jane Smith Inc Attn:Accounts Payable 207 Main Street XTown, NJ 07912 |

Hi, try DATA|TEXT TO COLUMNS

Data text to columns does not work as the lines are not the same length
