Default Extract multiple records from Excel table

I have an existing table with multiple entries. each has a status code "1" or
"2". ow do I create/extract into a new table only those records with a staus
code of "1".

Or an ODBC query (DataGet External Data - and you have to define the source
table as a named range before)
