Default rounding to a specific number

Assume the unrounded price (e.g., 123.34) is in cell A1.

=IF(MOD(A1*100,10)5,TRUNC(A1,1)+0.09,TRUNC(A1,1)-0.01)

when caluclating retail prices, with various costs and various gross margins
want to make the calculation and then the last digit ends in say 9. So if
actual calculation's last digit is 0-5 it would round down to nearest 9; or
5 rounds up to next 9.
