How do i use a If statement to check for a usb key where it is True of False?

usb key?

Maybe my mind is just fogged over, but I can only think of a USB key as in a
device like the thing MSFT didn't give away to tons of people for responding
to one of their surveys? Could you explain a little more? And where is you
expect to find this USB key?
