how to compare two columns and get a output from it

which has 6.5.6 how do i do this?

Hi rajesh

I *think* you want to count the number of times that 6.5.6 is in the
same row as R200.

If so, try this:

=SUMPRODUCT((A3:A5="6.5.6")*(B3:B5="R200"))
