Is there a string that allows me to dial by clicking on a hyperlink in
Excel?

- or -

Is there a canned VB program (I am not a VB programmer) that will plug
into
Excel that will allow me to do this?

Thanks!

Either or both.

Have both IP Telephony access as well as standard phone access.

I have no experience with either technology to be honest.

Using this search:
http://groups-beta.google.com/groups...=Search+Groups

I found this article about how to dial out using TAPI.
