Default changing names in Cells of the Sales Pipeline management template?

how do you change the names in the cells in the sales phase categories,
because everytime i try doing it by inserting a new name by using the define
option, all i get in the next worksheet is the word "NAME" instead of the
normal percentage number such as 90%.

How can all this match up correctly?

There are several Pipeline Management templates.

Post the URL to the specific one you're using.
