Default vlookup formula different workbook

Hi I'm trying to get vlookup to find values in another workbook but I would
also like the column index no. to change as I copy the formula to adjacent
cells. This is the formula that I came up with :
=VLOOKUP(A6,'C:\Documents and Settings\alemohammed\Desktop\[Conversion
Master 2006 May 060605.xls]MASTER'!$FP$11:$IB$150,COLUMN('C:\Documents and
Settings\alemohammed\Desktop\[Conversion Master 2006 May
060605.xls]MASTER'!FS11),TRUE)

However, I'm getting #REF! error. can anyone help please? Thanks in advance
