Default How would I add an extra column in a spreed sheet

I can put in an extra column but I can not get it to go where I need it...
How do I do this??? I know its easy problem I just can not figure it out...

If you right click on the column header and hit insert a new column will be
inserted before the column you are on.

When you insert it will go to the left of the cursor. Have you Freeze frames
activated?
