Default In VLOOKUP how to pick Table_array value from a cell

I've to do Lookup for a range of values. These values are stored in different
files, which are stored in a cell for that row. So, I need VLOOKUP to pick
the value of the Table_Array from the cell instead of it being fixed.

Thanks
