How to use cell data as part of hyperlink function
What I need to do is use the hyperlink function in a column of cells.
Each cell will contain a numeric value which I'd like to have as one of the parameters in the web address. Formula would need to translate as .... http://foobar.com/cgi-bin7/xview?fam...+entity=533451 and 533451 just represents any number I enter into a cell. Is that clear as mud? In other words, hyperlink function is associated with every cell (with a number) in column A. I enter a number or change a number in any particular cell and it uses the new number as part of the hyperlink. Thanks for any help you can provide, Mike |
