Default resize worksheet

I have way to many columns(need aprox. 200 - not 65536) But there are to few
rows. I need the entiere alphabet 3 times. Is it possible to resize the
worksheet?

No, but it should not be an issue, Excel keeps track of the last data cell,
so the rest is there to use if required, it does not take up (too much)
memory or disk space.
