Default How do I use MINVERSE in Excel?

I need to invert a 4x4 matrix in excel. I am doing something wrong because
all I get is the first term of the inverted matrix.
There is obviously a simple answer !

The inverse of a 4x4 matrix would also be a 4x4 matrix. In Excel you'd
need to select a 4x4 range of cells, type the MINVERSE formula, then
hold down [Ctrl] and [Shift] keys before pressing [Enter] in order to
enter the formula as an array formula. Note that the first remark in
online help for MINVERSE is
"Formulas that return arrays must be entered as array formulas."

It still do't work in Exel. I have installed Lotus 123 (anno 1995) and that works!!!
