Default french accents in excel

Have the word "CAFE" in a spreadsheet and do not wish to see the French
accent on the "E". How can I get it to not show it?????????????????? The
spreadsheet serves as a database and the accent does not work with the
printing program.

Hi Mike,

One way might be to use Edit / Replace.

After you have typed cafe, press space and then ctrl + z
or delete the word from autocorrect (will affect all office applications if
you do that)
