HI,
I have an SQLREQUEST function which is a simple select query that retrieves data from oracle tables. ='C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\LIBRARY\MSQUERY\XLODBC.XLA'!SQL.RE QUEST("DSN=BATSERV;UID=GCOMM;PWD=GCOMM",,,"SELECT nvl(SUM(VERT),0) FROM btc_tblock_count_exch WHERE type1='BT Line' AND exch='RMN' and TO_CHAR(inservicedate,'yyyy')='1988'") How can i issue a prompt on exch within a formula as soon as i open the xls to update the data accordingly. Thanks in advance |
