Default How can I link a cell in Excell and keep the same formatting?

I am trying to link some text cells to another document, and sometimes we
change this document we strike through some sentences and change the color of
the text but those changes don't reflect on the linked cell.

Not possible, since the link is a formula and a formula never carry over any
formatting
