Default SUM Product

Hi there,

I am experiencing a real issue with working out a formula to do the following

I have a list of data from our trouble ticket system

A:A STK ID 0000001
F:F STATE closed
G:G Fault Start 17/05/04 12:30:00
H:H Fault Resolved 26/05/04 16:30:00
I:I SLA Target (days) 1
J:J Faut Duration (days) 9
K:K Performance (+ or - days) 8
L:L Breached or within SLA Breacked

What i would like to do is to work out the number of tickets that were open
and had breached SLA on during a particular working week.

Several questions:

Is the STK ID in column A, state in column F, etc?

When does your work week start and end? Friday, Saturday, something else?
