Default Validation

I am having a problem with validation.
i.e. in cell B2 there is a validation box that lists Yes, No.

When Yes is entered in B2 I need to have cell B3 read "A"
When No is entered in B2 I need to have in cell B3 have a
list B, C, D, E, F displayed to be chosen by the user.

I can get this to work, however, I need to make sure that
if "Yes" is selected the letters (B, C, D, E, F) in cell B3
are "automatically" changed to "A" and inversely if "No" is
chosen the list of B, C, D, E, F is displayed for the user
to pick from.

Thanks,
Marty

There's a sample file here that may help you:

Under Data Validation, look for 'Cross Dependent Validation Lists'

Thanks Debra,
However, if I may use your example, I would like to allow
cell B3 the Yes and No option at all times. By saying Yes
in B3, pulldowns would not be allowed in either cells C3
and D3 and must be blank. If No is selected in B3 then
pulldowns have to be available for selection. If in a
previous setup, B3 was No and C3 and D3 had values
displayed and if B3 was then selected as Yes then the
values in C3 and B3 would have to be automatically cleared.
Thanks again and have a fun day.
