Default Can I use the Goal Seek function on multiple cells simultanously?

I am trying to fit data to a complicated function involving 4th and 5th order
polynomials. My idea is to use the Solver function in conjuction with the
Goal Seek function. For this to be rational solution, I need to use the Goal
Seek on several lines of data simultaneously.

Thanks!
