How do I apply the same scenario in a solver to other cells so that I need
not do it one by one?

A solver model doesn't apply to any particular cell. It uses one cell
as an objective function, some number of cells as decision variables,
and any number of cells for various feasibility criteria. So, it is
not clear how you want to apply a solver scenario to a cell.
