I'm trying to create a formula to help calucate the difference between two
times. My fixed goal is 7:00 minutes, if a persons time falls below or above 7:00 minutes, i want it to show either +/- in minutes and seconds. For example: Goal is 7:00 minutes however, a person was able to complete work in 6:00 minutes the formula would show -1.00 minute. Now if a person completes the work in 7:30, the formula result would show +:30 seconds. Basically, the less time the better. Any ideas would be great. Currently excel shows negative time and dates as #######. |
