renaming sheet tabs in a sequence
I am trying to open a workbook and rename the 255 sheets without having to
individually rename them. Is this possible? Also is there a way to open a new workbook with sheets names other than sheet 1, sheet 2, ect.? |

renaming sheet tabs in a sequence
Lee,
1st question: You would probably have to achieve this by way of a UDF. 2nd question: One way that I could think of would be to create an Excel template with the desired sheet names and use that template when creating your new workbooks.
