AFAIK, the only way is to import the numbers as TEXT.

If you need to use these values in calculations, then Excel is probably not the
best program to use.

Are they really numbers? Do you do math on them?
If not, then format them as text
If yes, try the XNUMBER add-on (locate with Google)
