Default Replicating Text Using "=".

In order to save word processing time, I like to use the "=" sign to
replicate text in a cell from one worksheet from a cell in another worksheet
.. Sometimes this function replicates text properly in the cell; sometimes it
justs replicates the formula in the cell. How do I get it to consistently
replicate text from another cell?

Mike:
I've had similar problems and it typicaly turns out to be the formating
of the cell I'm putting the formula in. Check the formatting to make
sure its set on General before entering the formula
