Default IF statement colored results

In an IF statement is possible for true and false results to be different
colors?

Default IF statement colored results

Select FormatConditional Formatting. Then select formula from the first
drop down box and then enter your formula and the format you want to apply.
You can then enter another formula to test for the false condition.
