Default History worksheet - can it remain viewable after saving?

I am going to share a workbook with much information and many people. I know
the track changes exists on shared workbooks and it can show all the
information on a "history worksheet" tab. The frustrating thing is this tab
disappears each time you save the workbook, you have to take many steps to
make it reappear.

Is there a way to keep it showing all the time?

In writing this, I was thinking maybe a macro would do this. Only problem
is you can't create a macro in a shared workbook. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!
