Default Excel

I earlier asked if there was a way of "Colour Coding Tabs, on Excel 2000". I
received two replies, which I'm grateful for.

Now my other question is. Is it possible to download 'Excel 2002' for
free???, so that I can use the Colour Tabbing. I say for free, because I'm a
student and a bit hard for cash to pay for it.

Any suggestions will be appreciated and welcomed. Even if there is "Open
Source" or something.

Many Thanks for your help guys & dolls.

You can't get an upgrade for free. You have to buy the upgrade
version.
