Default mystery function called 'TABLE'

Excel: Have a formula from a downloaded spreadsheet: {=TABLE(,K1)} (it is
used in a one column vertical array)
It is not a user defined function, I have created those before and there is
no VBA in the spreadsheet.
I tried using it in another part of the spreadsheet and it doesn't work.
Anybody know what it is? Ever hear of the 'TABLE' function before?
The (trial version) spreadsheet was having to do with analysing queues
(waiting in line) and is
found
at:http://www.handyarchive.com/Business...del-Excel.html
Also, I have looked at all the sheets and looked for hidden sheets (none)
and there is nothing in any K1 cell, either. So maybe the input for the
second term is zero, but I cannot figure out what 'TABLE' does. At first I
thought it was a lookup function, but there are no named ranges in the
workbook.
its about to discombobulate me.
