Default how we can use spellnumber() function in a new worksheet / file?

Spellnumber() function once created in a work sheet can be used again. But I
am unable to use it in a new worksheet / XL file untill and unless the same
is created again.

If you know a short cut to use the function in all worksheets please let me
know.
