Default HORISONTAL AND VERTICAL AREA IN SUMPRODUCT

Hi,
my problem is the following: I have an spread sheet as :
A B C
Cost Center 1. Cost Center 2. Cost Center 3.

1 Account1
2 Account2
3 Account2

My formula should look up for Cost Center No, and Account Number,
(horizontal and vertical areas) which is not possible by using SUMPRODUCT,
any suggestion?
