What is the best way to make this work.....I have a Tab tab 3 ( JO ) is the name of it,
with info in it, Colum (A) list of number Colum (B) list of names

Now back on sheet 1 I enter the names or Job Number

Colum
A is the number
B is the name.

244001 mike jones
204399 mark phil ect.....

if i type the name in colum b is there a way that colum a auto fills and vise versa if i just type in the job number can i have the name auto fill
From tab JO,

All first and last names are in 1 colum and the job numbers are 6 digit except some have a E on the end EX ( 240934 E )
