Default Function within a TEXT FORMULA

I want to insert a function, such as =Today() inside a Text String. I know
that I need to use concatenate, but nothing seems to work. ALso, I want to
be able to format it in a certain way.

Any suggestions on where to find the tutorial ?

Thanks!
