Default Proctecting certain cells

I want to protect the cells with formulas, but still allow other users to use
the worksheet. Please Help

You will need to follow this protocol:
1) Select all cell you want users to be able to change; use Format|Cells and
Unlock them in the Protection tab
2)Use Tool|Protection-Protect Worksheet
